Shows, Albums, and Why on Earth Did I Move to the Valley?
Thank you to all who came to the bluewhale last month and welcome to those of you who signed up for this newsletter at the show! It was one of those nights where I felt so inspired to create and you gave us such incredible love and support. I'm particularly grateful you indulged my monologues. I'm a frustrated late-night TV writer at heart.
Some shows I'll be involved with this month:
Teryn Ré Big Band
Saturday, August 10th at 9pm at bluewhale (DTLA)
Thursday, August 15th at 7pm at Campus JAX (Orange County)
I've been in Teryn's big band for several years and it's consistently one of the experiences I'm most thankful for. She is an incomparable vocalist and arranger and playing her charts is a treat.
Saturday, August 24th at 12pm for the Fiesta La Ballona in Culver City
We're back and in public! Jazzy Ash played this festival last year and the event was pretty fun. Perfect thing to bring the family to if you're looking for something to do on the westside.
Lastly, save the date because on Thursday, November 7th, I'm performing at Cooks Chapel in Anaheim with Adam Ratner (guitar), Carey Frank (organ), and Ana Barreiro (drums)! Advanced tickets will be available and I'll have that information in a future newsletter. To everyone I know in Orange County, here's your opportunity to see me perform!
In what will be the last Londelius update for a while, physical and digital distribution of my EP is now available via Bandcamp. Both options are $10 (with an added shipping cost for the CD).
The first session I was ever involved with at BIG EGO was released in late July through Jealous Butcher Records! It's Eamon Fogarty's Blue Values. Eamon and Chris Schlarb did a beautiful job putting this together and the release show was superb!
That's all for this month! Time to sweat through two more T-shirts. As always, follow me on Instagram, @agsadnik, for more immediate updates.
